Due to the nature of our work, which involves customized financial services, preparation of tax returns, and advisory guidance, all fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered. In the event that you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss any concerns or issues. We will work with you in good faith to address errors or omissions on our part and may, at our discretion, provide a partial refund or credit toward future services. Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been completed and delivered, including electronically filed tax returns or finalized accounting reports. Any approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame using the same payment method originally provided.
